At Silkwood Stars, we understand the many factors you need to consider - and we’re here to support you every step of the way. While we pride ourselves on our excellent facilities and play-based learning programs incorporating Montessori methods, it’s our team that sets us apart.
Great childcare comes from great carers. That’s why we go out of our way to select childcare professionals who are highly qualified, experienced, active and truly love what they do. It may sound simple, but families and children feel the difference.
We are a family run small centre where education has been part and parcel of our DNA for generations. We do not take the trust you put in us with your little one lightly as we work with you to to develop a young person who is ready to face the world.

Early Learning
Many educational materials in local languages are often out of date. We work with school leaders and publishers to ensure that students have access to current textbooks that are age-appropriate and written in their primary language.
Children
Education happens within the context of a larger community. Our approach extends beyond the school to help ensure students have the necessary support to do their best learning.

We want Silkwood Stars to feel like a home away from home, so we keep family values at the heart of everything we do. It’s about closeness, trust, unity and teamwork.

We create bespoke continuing education programs to address the needs of teachers and their student communities. From training on the latest technology to new pedagogical methods, we help teachers make their classrooms engaging and successful.
